Clear terms, no surprises

• "We", "us", "our" – Imperius Software SRL, operator of the 82 Design brand
• "You", "client" – any visitor or person/company commissioning services
• "Site" – the website at 82design.ro and all sub-pages
• "Services" – web design, branding, UI/UX, e-commerce, logo + OSIM filings, editorial + ORDA consulting, and any custom work agreed in writing
• "Deliverables" – files, code, design assets, and documentation produced as part of a project

We provide professional digital design services, including:

• Web design and development (custom, hand-coded)
• Branding and visual identity systems
• UI/UX design
• E-commerce platforms
• Logo design with OSIM trademark filing
• Editorial consulting with ORDA registration

All services are subject to a separate written agreement (proposal, quote, or contract) outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and price.

Every project begins the same way:

• You contact us with your needs
• We discuss scope and provide a written quote
• Once you accept, we send a contract or signed proposal
• Work starts after the upfront payment is received

Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date. Beyond that, we may need to re-evaluate based on current workload and market rates.

Standard terms (subject to project-specific contract):

• 50% upfront to start the project
• 50% on launch (or split into milestones for larger projects)
• Invoicing in EUR or RON, your choice
• Payment due within 14 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur 0.1%/day legal interest
• VAT applied where required by Romanian law

Once the project is paid in full:

• You own the final deliverables – source code, design files, brand assets
• We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio (unless contractually agreed otherwise)
• Third-party assets (fonts, stock photos, plugins) follow their own licenses, which we communicate clearly
• The 82 Design brand, methodology, internal tools, and case studies remain our IP

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, stated in the quote. Beyond that:

• Additional revisions are billed at our hourly rate
• Scope changes (new features, additional pages) require a written addendum
• We won't ghost you – every change is discussed and agreed before work resumes

You may cancel a project at any point. The financial outcome depends on stage:

• Before kick-off – upfront payment refunded minus 10% admin fee
• During discovery/design – upfront payment retained as compensation for completed work
• During development – pro-rata billing for completed milestones; remaining 50% may be partially refunded
• After delivery – no refund (project is complete)

If we cancel for cause (e.g., breach of these terms), the same rules apply.

We guarantee the deliverables will:

• Match the agreed-upon scope and specifications
• Be free of major defects at the time of delivery
• Be supported with bug fixes for the warranty period stated in your contract (typically 30–90 days)

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (traffic, conversions, sales) – those depend on factors outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.

If you're a consumer and disagree with how we handled an issue:

• You can contact ANPC (Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor): anpc.ro
• For online disputes, use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
• You may also pursue alternative dispute resolution (SAL) through approved Romanian entities

We always prefer resolving issues directly – please email us first.

By using 82design.ro, you agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the site, server, or any backend system
• Scrape, copy, or republish our content without permission
• Use the site to distribute malware or phishing content
• Submit false or misleading information through the contact form
• Use automated bots without our written consent

These terms are governed by Romanian law and EU regulations where applicable. Any dispute that can't be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in Timișoara, Romania.
